The Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire is made up of the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire and the International Garden Festival.
The château of Chaumont-sur-Loire is full of surprises being both a historical monument and an art and nature centre. When you visit the château, you will be delighted by the beautifully furnished rooms and the numerous works of art on display. But the most impressive of all that the chateau has to offer is the beautiful view over the Loire from the terraces.
The International Garden Festival is the place to visit during the summer months! It first opened in 1992 and the Festival brings together garden designers and landscapers from all over the world. Every year the gardeners are invited to use their imagination create an original garden. In 2019 the theme is “The Gardens of Paradise”. Open from 25 April au 03 November 2019.
